So one of our values here at Balancing Bookkeeper Canberra is “We are switched on”.

Being switched on to us at BBKC means that we are not afraid of change or evolving the way we do things.

Business like the rest of life is not a stagnant entity but is something that is always changing, whether you like it or not!

We are not perfect and change does not come to us easily but if has to do with our business, your business or a system and making things easier and less stressful for you we will be pro-activly seeking better ways to do this.

I am a big believer in utilising technology in assisting with making everyday tasks easier and more efficient. I am always hassling my team with how I can be making things easier for them in every and all aspects of the business. Often this may mean a little tweak here or there or if it is a big problem/task implementing a whole new system. So for me this starts in our business before we can be implementing this in your business or organisation.

In our business interactions with you we love email, as if we haven’t heard you right we can then look back and look at your request in writing. We also love working with everything digitally and even if you still generate paper records we love to turn that to electronic to assist with the transparency of data.

Then we love streamlining and making things easier in your business and we can make suggestions and help you implement systems. We are very aware though that we are not the business owner, CEO or manager and that we can make suggestions but ultimately it is your call as this is your business or organisation that you are responsible for. We are here to make your systems easier.
